Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 18:00 hours.
Friday 08:30 to 22:00 hours.
Saturdays 08:00 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 18:00 hours.
Sundays 08:30 to 20:00 hours.

Information of Interest:
Our stores open with exceptional hours, on Fridays until 22:00 hours. We recommend that you pick up your rental on the same day of arrival at Sierra Nevada.

Information on total cancellation of the service - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES:
There will be no charge and the full amount will be refunded.

Information on refunds in the event of a station closure or accident:
Conditions of application and how to request a refund for EQUIPMENT RENTAL - PRODUCT WITH MASSKI PREMIUM ADVANTAGES:
In the event of a station closure, the proportional part of the amount of the unused rental days will be refunded. Repricing will be applied based on the actual days of use.
In the event that the client decides not to continue with the helmet rental, no-show or accident, the refund will be made by means of a voucher for the same service to be redeemed for future reservations. This voucher does not expire.
